Refund Policy

1. Scope

reconplatform.app is an informational website. No purchases are made on this Site: it has no checkout, takes no payment information, and charges nothing. This page explains where Recon Platform purchases actually occur and how refunds for them are handled.

2. Where Purchases Happen

Subscriptions and report purchases are made inside the individual Recon Platform product applications — for example, a measurement report ordered in a Report App, or a subscription started in ReconCRM or ReconInspect. Each product displays its pricing at checkout, inside the product, before you are charged. The Field Companion apps are free and involve no charges.

3. Product Refund Policies

Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the product in which the charge occurred. Each paid product publishes its refund policy in its own footer and account settings, covering subscription cancellation, billing errors, duplicate charges, and failed report generation. Read the policy for the specific product before requesting a refund.

4. How to Get Billing Help

If you are unsure which product charged you, or need help with any Recon Platform charge, contact billing@veteranbuiltsoftware.com with the email address on the account, the charge date, and a description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days and will route the request to the correct product team.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer; most billing issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact are handled under the terms of the product in which the charge occurred.
